Suggesting a new business to be operated for gaining a competitive advantage.

Rahmah : Good morning everyone. Today we are going to discuss about our planning to create a new business that can gaining advantage.

Amriyanti : Wow it’s sounds interesting Rahmah! I think we must create differences product from other so it can be more value for the customers and make them satisfied.

Hananti : I’m with you guys. Hmm let me think for a while. I think in 2019, there is so much food and beverage business. How about to involve with this?

Maria : Hmm that’s right. We can see that in this millennial generation, most of people spend their time to hang out with their friends and also with their families in some places, and mostly like restaurant or just food truck.

Ersa : That is right, but if we look from the profit income, I don’t think so. Food and beverages business is lack of advantages. Because, the raw material is perishable and not easy to storage. I think it is a risk and it will be loss for us guys.

Retno : Ya, I’m agree with you Ersa, how about to involve in business that have a durable product, like fashion or automotive business? I think it has a lower risk and can make a big profit for us.

Shella : Wow it’s a good idea. I prefer to fashion business. We need to know about the fashion trends in 2019  through social media like Instagram, Pinterest, or Youtube. It’s a big opportunity for us! I think shoes is a good choice for us, but there are so many competitors.

Rahmah : It’s great. But, how to make it as a big opportunity while there is so many competitors?

Amriyanti : We must make a uniqueness and value product in our business! For example we can selling kind of design shoes with the different motif.

Maria : Ya! In addition from that, we must consider the quality of our shoes. We have to select who are truly qualified suppliers. So customers will be satisfied. Now, who wants to propose what type of shoes we will sell?

Hananti : Alright, I suggest to selling the simply sneakers that we can use it without tying shoelaces. So people will be more practical in using a shoes. The design is like the sneaker in general but for how to use it, just the same with slip on shoes.

Ersa : Wow it’s sounds good and very innovative.

Retno : Yes I agree with you Hananti, it must sell well!

Shella : Ya, many people prefer the practical things nowadays. It’s a good idea.

Rahmah : Okay, all of us are agree with Hananti. So the conclusion is we will sell the unique sneakers. For the next meeting we will decide to select the best supplier for producing our product. It’s enough for today, thankyou for your kind attention. Good morning.
